5.2 Retention After Account Termination When you terminate your account or request deletion of your personal information, we will delete or anonymize your personal data as described in Section 6 (Your Privacy Rights). However, we retain certain information for limited purposes:

  • Backup Retention: We retain backup copies of your personal information for 60 days following account termination to allow for account recovery, dispute resolution, and system restoration

5.3 Syndicated Content If your profile information, interviews, or other content has been syndicated to Billboard, Pollstar, or other third-party publications, those third-party publishers retain their own copies and are responsible for their own data retention practices. We will delete the content from our active database upon your request, but we cannot control retention by syndication partners. You may contact these third-party publishers directly to request deletion of their copies.

5.4 Anonymized Data We may retain anonymized and aggregated data indefinitely for purposes of industry analysis, trend reporting, and business intelligence. This data cannot identify you personally and is not subject to deletion requests.

6. Your Privacy Rights

6.1 Right to Access You have the right to request a copy of all personal information we have collected about you. Please note that opting out of cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Website. We will investigate and delete the account and associated personal information upon verification.

9.2 Third-Party Services We integrate with third-party services to enhance the Platform. Artist Music Network does not currently support linking of external accounts (such as connecting your Spotify account to populate your profile). If we implement this feature in the future, we will provide clear notice and will obtain your explicit consent before accessing any external accounts.

10. International Data Transfers

Artist Music Network operates and stores data within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please note that your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Website and Services, you consent to such transfers and to the processing of your personal information under US law.
