We use this information solely to send them information about the Platform as you requested. We will not use this information for any other purpose without their consent.
1.5 Third-Party Data Sources We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including publicly available data from social media platforms, streaming services, and music industry databases. We use this information to supplement the profile data you provide and to enhance the accuracy of our Platform services.
2.1 Internal Uses We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
2.2 Legitimate Interests We process your personal information based on our legitimate business interests, including improving our Platform, enhancing user experience, preventing fraud, protecting our rights and property, and conducting business analytics.

5.3 Syndicated Content If your profile information, interviews, or other content has been syndicated to Billboard, Pollstar, or other third-party publications, those third-party publishers retain their own copies and are responsible for their own data retention practices. We will delete the content from our active database upon your request, but we cannot control retention by syndication partners. You may contact these third-party publishers directly to request deletion of their copies.
5.4 Anonymized Data We may retain anonymized and aggregated data indefinitely for purposes of industry analysis, trend reporting, and business intelligence. This data cannot identify you personally and is not subject to deletion requests.

To the extent that Artist Music Network sells or shares personal information (as defined under the CCPA), we will provide a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link on the Website. We do not sell personal information to third parties in the traditional sense; however, our sharing of information with analytics and advertising partners may constitute a “sale” under CCPA’s broad definition. You may exercise your CCPA rights by contacting privacy@artistmusicnetwork.com.
